川崎子供英語教室 ELEMENTARY KICK OFF COOKING HOMEMADE LABNEH

今月はレバノンについて学んでいます。子供たちはラブネチーズ（ヨーグルトチーズ）作りを楽しみました。オレガノ、チリ、バジル、ガーリック、コショウなどのスパイスを加えました。今まで食べた中で一番美味しいチーズです！家で作ってみて下さい。英語と日本語のレシピがあります。（スライドショーの最後のページです）
This month we are learning all about Lebanon. The kids had a great time making Labneh Cheese. Each day we added a different spice, oregano, chilli, basil, garlic and pepper. I must say this is the best cheese I have ever eaten! Please try and make it at home. The recipe is in English and Japanese at the end.
